Bramabiau Canyon, a must-see in the Hérault

Bramabiau Canyon, an unforgettable descent

To the west of Mont Aigoual, a river called Bonheur (Happiness) flows; a rather welcoming name. In its course, it disappears underground and emerges at the abyss of Bramabiau. Then, steep gorges follow one another; particularly suitable for canyoning.

This descent is simple and fun, you will love the mix of calm and energetic passages.

What does the Bramabiau canyon consist of?

The first part of the trip evokes the idea of escapade; take the time to admire the magnificent wild and preserved landscape. You will start the journey with river walking, light jumps and small slides.

The second part is more dynamic and full of thrills. You will dive into giant potholes; a natural cavity of more or less cylindrical shape, pierced in the rock by ancient rivers. You will slide down dizzying slides and cross a cave hidden behind an impressive curtain of streams. A spectacular finale!

You will be charmed by this route, accessible to all and progressive. You will be transported to the heart of the Cévennes and will be able to enjoy the clear water, the sunshine and the friendly atmosphere.

With family or friends, let yourself be tempted by this remarkable canyoning descent. Don’t hesitate, come and swim in happiness!
